Hi everyone!

The quick and easy reason I came to this site is knowledge.  I discovered CovenSpace on a Real Vampire Yahoo! group and was compelled to come check it out.

I am, by all means an atheist.  I hope that won't prohibit me from being a member here.  However, I love to learn about ancient history, religion, different cultural paths, symbols, etc.

I recently attended a pagan yule ceremony (they were worshipping the Oak god, I believe with a heavy emphasis on Egyptian figures) and found it very interesting and peaceful.  My goal is to interact, maybe attend some more of these ceremonies and simply ask questions.  While I hear the term NeoPagan being thrown around a lot, it's plain to see the historical depth of the rituals and ideas that affect and influence modern wicca and other pagan religions.

That being said, I am not here to start fight or make fun of anyone.  I am not interested in belittling anyone's beliefs or life path.

I look forward to meeting and interacting with as many of you as possible.
